The Leadership Development Track aims to equip and empower YWAMers to be effective missionaries and impactful leaders. Rooted in the framework, vision, and DNA of YPC, the LDT seeks to instill these core values and beliefs in each participant.
The LDT is a journey of spiritual formation, leadership development, and missional empowerment. Through mentoring, training, and a missionary environment, participants are challenged to grow in character, servant leadership, and a Kingdom perspective. Core values include radical obedience, faith, passionate worship, cultural humility, and multiplying leaders for global missions.
Before we can lead others in a culture of revival, we must first live it ourselves.

Originally from New Zealand, Adam has served in missions across Perth and Biarritz before pioneering YWAM Paris Connect in 2017 with his wife, Leah. Since then, he has helped lead its growth into a thriving global missions movement. Adam carries a deep passion for Lordship—putting Jesus first in all things—and leads with a bold, visionary spirit. His competitive nature fuels his drive for excellence and innovation, inspiring others to dream big and run wholeheartedly after God’s call.
