Training

Our aim is to Intentionally train you holistically, to see transformation wherever God has called you. We believe in championing young people for the purpose of discipling nations. That this generation might confidently know God and be equipped to boldly make Him known.

Once personal faith has been activated, and we have learned how to passionately and creatively proclaim Jesus, then comes the daily task: seeing individuals, workplaces, communities and entire cities transformed by the love of God.

These training schools seek to equip you for every good work.

School of Worship

The Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before Him in their worship. Come learn what it means to worship from your very being, spirits, true selves. Adoration. (John 4:23-24)

For three months, come and receive deep biblical foundations for the questions that matter: What does “worship” actually mean? Why do we do it? How does it impact places and people? This school is a blend of skills development and investing deeper in friendship and co-working with God.

The following three months, your team will take these skills into the nations. Celebrating nations’ unique expression of worship, learning to lead locals in their heart language, and using songs to preach the gospel to the lost. You will have the opportunity to lead people into the presence of God in churches and on the streets, witnessing God move and atmospheres change.

School of Biblical Studies

SBS runs over 9 months, October to June.

God means what he says. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another, training us to live God’s way. Cutting through everything and putting us together, the Word shapes up for the tasks God has for us. (Hebrews 4:12-13, 2 Timothy 3:15-17).

Come and be equipped, learning the Inductive Bible Study method,

studying all 66 books of the Bible in community.

Learn literary genres and historical contexts.

Have your heart transformed as you read God’s word in-depth.

Establish deep roots in God’s word,

and leave put-together and shaped for the tasks God has for you.

Leadership Development Track

LDT runs over 3 months, October to December.

Before we can lead others in a culture of revival, we must first choose to live it ourselves.

If you choose to lead like Jesus, you’ll be challenged to let Him shape not just how you lead, but who you are.

The Leadership Development Track is an opportunity to become a leader marked by courage, humility, and faith. As you commit to the way of Jesus, and the ways He has called YWAM and YPC to function you’ll learn to lead from a place of intimacy with God, serve before being served, and carry responsibility with faith and conviction.

You’ll be stretched to be radically obedient, pursue passionate worship, walk with humility, and trust God beyond what feels comfortable. Along the way, you’ll discover the kind of leader you can become when your leadership is rooted in the Kingdom rather than yourself. Our desire is that you become someone who can multiply leaders, carry revival, and help create cultures where others encounter Jesus and step into their calling.
