We have strengths in worship, hospitality, celebration, and fear of the Lord. Our staff are quite visionary, and we have great expectations and hopes for what God wants to do through us in the coming years. We would love for you to come and be a part of that vision!

SUPPORT STAFF
Then consider joining our support staff team! In this role, you will be serving daily with our Operations team to keep the campus functioning in order to run our ministries. You will plug right into our community and ministries as well and be a part of the YPC family for however long you’re here. Our support staff help our teams by bringing that extra strength to busy seasons. The harvest is plenty but the laborers are few! We love when people have a heart to come and serve the mission!
OUR TEAMS
TRAINING
The Training team equips and cultivates discipleship by providing the structures for quality training in our schools & programs. They cover our DTS’s, second level schools, & seminars in order to see missionaries grow in both skill and character at YPC in order to impact the nations.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Communications team reflects the vision and values of YPC to each other & beyond. Through managing our media & member care, they display what it means to be a missionary & function in YPC with integrity & provide understanding to base functions as a mission.
OPERATIONS
The Operations team runs the backbone life of YPC. Through things like hospitality, as well as service in the kitchen, maintenance, & administration, they maintain the campus in order to facilitate training & sending out missionaries into the nations.
MINISTRY
The Ministry team serves to reach Paris through partnering with the local church and meeting the needs of the city spiritually and physically. They facilitate our mercy ministries, worship, intercession, evangelism, and any outreach events.
